Visual Merchandising Training For CH & Co

Last week I ran another Visual Merchandising training course for Charlton House Contract Caterers.

This has been a very success course which I have been running with the Creative Director at CH&Co , Judy Roberts for the past 2 years. The course has been extremely beneficial for the attendees and for the progress of Visual Merchandising and food presentation within their restaurants. An attendee from our last course, made some adjustments to her under performing smoothie counter a couple of days after attending the course. By using some of the Visual Merchandising techniques we discussed on the course, she saw an increase in her sales for this area even after a few days of making these changes ! All very positive feedback !

We are now discussing ideas for how to progress and grow the training courses for CH&Co for 2013…….
