Christmas Pantomime’s at Longleat

During the month of November my colleague, Milly and I were working on the Christmas room installations at Longleat House. This was many months of work that we had planned for and the house dressing took place over a week’s period.

Each room in the house was themed to a famous pantomime , for example ; Sleeping Beauty, Aladdin, Cinderella and Little Red Riding Hood. We sourced most of the props and accessories and worked on creating eye catching themed spaces in each room. Longleat then employ a group of Actors who act out the pantomime stories in each room, so it was important that the prop dressing worked around their act.
