This month marks the start of Christmas Store installations and the launch of the Christmas Visual Merchandising workshops I run on behalf of the HTA ( The Horticulture Trade Association )

The HTA Christmas Visual Merchandising workshops cover the key principles of merchandising stock for Christmas, store layout principles and creating strong colour themed departments within your Christmas shop. These courses are held at Garden Centres, giving the attendees as much practical dressing experience as possible. They are also a great way of attendees from other Garden Centres sharing best practice. Workshops were run throughout the UK and we are planning additional dates for early Spring to assist with the pre buying Christmas season.

I have also been working with one of my long term clients, Longleat Safari Park merchandising their soon to be open Christmas decoration store.
