In Person Visual Merchandising Training For Panco Kidswear Turkey

So inspiring to bring Visual Merchandising to life in person with the brilliant Retail team at Panco Kids at their head office in Istanbul, Turkey.

With this two-day workshop, we focused on elevating the brand’s in-store appearance and showcases by closely following global trends. Day One featured a Visual Merchandising theory course presentation at their head office, then we moved straight into an in-store Visual Merchandising workshop on day two — reviewing product positioning and showcase areas through the eyes of the customer at one of their premium stores in Istanbul.

Seeing the teams apply Visual Merchandising principles on the shop floor was a real highlight. Across both days, the results were fantastic, with brilliant examples implemented in-store and such strong engagement from everyone involved.
