VM Training at RSPB Annual Conference

In June I was asked to run Visual Merchandising training to the retail managers as part of the RSPB annual conference.

The training was well received by the retail managers and gave them confidence with understanding how they could go back to their stores and implement VM techniques and principles.

Training was held in a space where we could set up a mock up shop which consisted of typical RSPB store fixtures and a selection of their stock. This enabled us to make the training as practical as possible, giving the attendees an opportunity to practice range merchandising and display techniques.
