VM Training for Kenwood, Braun and Delonghi

by | Oct 31, 2015

During September and October I have been running Visual Merchandising training courses for the retail groups Kenwood, Braun and Delonghi.

Courses have been held at the companies head office in Havant, Portsmouth and carried out within their onsite factory store. Having access to the factory store for the course has been extremely useful, as this gives the attendees chance to practice their new found VM skills.

The course has been run for all levels of staff who work for the brand. Covering the following subject areas ;

Key basic grouping and display principles, Creating a promotional space and setting a promotional monthly calendar, VM techniques when merchandising product – how to create a more pleasurable retail experience for your customer, Creating effective store layouts and the importance of carrying out regular customer flow exercises.
