VM Training For Tiptree Essex

by | Apr 26, 2013

This month we carried out the second training course for Wilkin & Sons Ltd who make the famous Tiptree range of products. This course was taught at the recently opened Lordship Store in Essex.

For this course we wrote a bespoke training program where we covered basic Visual Merchandising principles, effective table and shelf merchandising, how to create more selling opportunities by cross merchandising and effective store layouts to increase customer flow.

We received some very positive feedback from the HR Manager, Stephen Cook ;

” Initially we were unsure as to how Visual Merchandising could be applied to displays of jams and marmalade’s. Any fears quickly dissipated as the training unfolded and both teams soon got stuck in to altering their shop displays. All attendees were full of praise for Sarah and the friendly way in which she shared her knowledge of merchandising. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the course and there has been significant improvements to the displays in both shops.”
