This month I have been running a Visual Merchandising workshop for the Events Team at Waitrose & Partners at their Finchley Road Cookery School.

As part of the practical tasks during the workshop the team created hot spot areas to promote their range of cookery classes, please see below a brilliant example of the display created to promote their Mexican cookery class….
