This month marks the start of Christmas Store installations at Longleat Safari Park and the launch of the Christmas Visual Merchandising workshops I run on behalf of the HTA ( The Horticulture Trade Association )
VM Training On Behalf of NWES for New Start Up Businesses in East London
This year I have partnered with NWES London, an enterprise agency who support Independent and new start up businesses in East London. I am running monthly workshops for their retailers to teach them effective visual merchandising techniques which will help them with their business. I am running both theory based and follow up practical workshops.
We held the follow up practical visual merchandising workshop at The Old Bank Vault in Hackney. The owner, Sim has recently launched her gallery showcasing local artists and creative talents. Sim had also attending the first workshop where we covered the theory behind visual merchandising, so on the practical workshop we styled her gallery space and windows. This was really useful for Sim to understand how these priniciples we had already covered could be implemented within her space.
VM Training for Waitrose & Partners
This month I have been running a Visual Merchandising workshop for the Events Team at Waitrose & Partners at their Finchley Road Cookery School.
VM Training for Calico & Co
On Tuesday I ran a bespoke retail Visual Merchandising Course for family run interior business, Calico & Co. The training was carried out in their Bristol store.
VM Courses @ Observatory Opticians
This month I have been running Visual Merchandising Training at Observatory Opticians in Ipswich. This course follows the first training course which I ran for the company in June at their Muswell Hill practice.
Summer VM Courses at LCF
This month I have been very busy teaching the Summer Visual Merchandising Courses for The University of the Arts London, The London College of Fashion.
VM Training In Scotland
This month I was in Scotland carrying out Visual Merchandising Training for a Home Lifestyle brand , Homer. Homer has two sites one in Edinburgh and the other in a beautiful town called Aberfeldy.
VM Training & Consultancy in Dubai
This month started with me traveling over to work with a Kids wear brand over in Dubai, this is a customer that I started working with in July last year.
Since I last worked with Kair & Fine Fair Ltd last year, they have opened an additional 8 stores over in Dubai and the Oman. The level of Retail growth over in the Emirates is very impressive and extremely positive to see the market is picking back up again!

This month I have been carrying out Visual Merchandising consultancy over in Dubai, working for Kids wear brands Fine Fair & Kair Group.
